- Break down the conference registration. Refreshments and some meals are included in the registration. If you reduce the cost of breakfast and lunches covered by the conference, per diems are less that you might think!

Social Events
The conference will feature a Soirée in the Park at the Vancouver Rowing Club in Stanley Park with stunning views of downtown Vancouver and just a 15-minute seawall walk from the Westin Bayshore hotel. The evening will include a selection of West Coast inspired canapés and live entertainment.

Refund Policy for Conference and Workshop Registration and Social Event Tickets for C2017
Refunds will be given for requests received in writing postmarked no later than the end of day March 31st, 2017 less an administration fee of $100; send an email to secretariat@evaluationcanada.ca. All refunds will be issued by June 30th, 2017.
After the cancellation deadline, we regret that no refunds will be granted; however, we will accept substitute delegates. The substituting party is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information.
